Order Modification or Cancellation

 

After placing your order, you have 12 hours to contact andylifehome@outlook.com and request to amend the order, change the address or cancel the order. After 12 hours, your order is in production and can no longer be modified.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Order

We do our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes do happen, and we sincerely apologize in advance if/when it does. If you experience any of these rare occurrences, please take a clear photo of the item and email it to us at andylifehome@outlook.com with your order number. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will have the replacement sent to you immediately.

 

Order not received

If your item does not arrive within 30 days (45 days for international) of your order, please contact the store email address and we will take care of you promptly.

 

Important:

Sorry, but we are not responsible if the package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid mistakes by verifying shipping information with each customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. The cost of reshipping the package will be billed to the customer.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to the recipient not being home during the delivery period.

 

Refund/Cancellation

Please note that there are no refunds or cancellations within 12 hours of placing an order.

If your order from us does not arrive at the correct delivery address provided to us, and your payment is eligible, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the eligible purchase paid for, including shipping, or we will gladly replace the item for you. .

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
